  1. Focus on results rather than methods or processes.
  2. Be generous with innovative ideas.
  3. Make it about the client, not about your company.
  4. Make it easy to read and evaluate.

  7. Don’t make your proposal dull; add flavor and drama.
  8. Think through any objections and address them preemptively.
