During our Efficiency Sales Professional Institute Boot Camp, I often ask attendees to consider their own reasons for doing the work that they do, that is, to know their “why”. When one evaluates their reasons for work, individuals are more likely to be intentional and driven about succeeding. In a recent TED talk by Barry Schwartz, he takes this idea of knowing your "why" a step further and poses the question of, “What kind of human nature do you want to help design?”
