In much the same way as we reframe energy to convey value for our prospects, we can reframe the way we mentally approach stress to prevent it from creeping into our lives. It’s just a matter of making an effort to shift our outlook on the things that cause us stress in the first place.

An article published on the Inc.com blog suggests several actionable ways to keep stress and anxiety from pervading our lives.
