January is gone and February is near half gone; however, the beginning of the year isn’t the only time you can step back and re-evaluate how you’re going about your day-to-day activities.  That can happen anytime.  Anytime is the right time to push yourself to be better. 

I came across this simple but stunning article “[19 Tiny Habits That Lead to Huge Results](https://www.inc.com/nicolas-cole/19-tiny-habits-that-lead-to-huge-results.html).”  Most of these suggestions are the things that we forget are important to do in order to balance ourselves and take stock of our progress.  These tips might represent a gentle reminder for some and a major undertaking for others.  However, this piece certainly lives up to its title.  Contained within are simple actions that collectively can make a huge difference.
